How to Order
Ready to order, but not sure what to do next!
Our staff will walk you through the ordering process and give you recommendations to make your label stand out from the rest. We are always happy to help with any questions you might have.

Make sure to always keep in mind, everything we make is custom made to your requirements, so it is impossible for us to quote online or make any comment without your artwork, custom dimensions, and the style and type of label you want.
What we need from you to quote or place an order.
Label artwork. Please send us a high resolution pdf file of your label layout. It must be scaled to actual size and does not require bleeding.
Specifying dimensions of your label. Please let us know the size of your label if it is not stated in your artwork. All our labels are custom so the size is up to you.
What type of label are you after? Woven, printed, rubber. . . Or if you are not sure – Get in touch!
What style of label did you want? E.g A loop fold, end fold or straight cut.
How many labels do you need? Keep in mind we have minimums. However, we do have wiggle room to fit your needs. Just ask.
Hang tags. We need to know details such as size, gsm thickness of the card, shape, string + pin type, drill hole size, general size of tag, custom design effects etc.. If you aren’t sure about any of this, just ask we can help.
In-house Care Labels. If you are interested in our custom care labels. Please email us at info@identitys.co.nz. We have multiple ribbons to choose from, so please ask for more details if you are unsure.
