  • How long does a custom label take to make?  A: Custom labels take 1-2 weeks to produce (Sampling and then Bulk production. (Dependant on the style and material). Allow 1 month for beginning to end for a new product (Sampling then bulk production). 
  • Can you dye cotton?   A: Yes, we can dye your cotton labels/ tape any colour or bleach it. 
  • Can my labels or swing tags be in size I want?  A: Yes, all labels and swing tags are custom to exactly what you want.
  • What is the minimum order for labels?  A: Woven, or printed labels have a minimum of 100/pcs. 
  • What is the minimum for swing tags?  A: 500/pcs
  • What is the minimum for care labels?  A: 20/pcs
  • What is the minimum for leather or PVC produtcs?  A: 500/pcs
  • Can you do real and faux leather?  A: Yes
  • Do you sew labels onto garments? No
  • Can you fuse iron on badges onto hats?  A: Yes.
  • Is your factory in New Zealand?  A: No, our label, swing tag, dying and cotton mill is based in Guangdong China.
  • Is your materials and production sustainable? Yes, almost all of our products have a stainable element. Our cotton is organic and our ink is made from soy bean and hand screen printed. Our threads are made from recycled polyester and our papers is FSC approved. 
  • Do we sample before going ahead with a final bulk order? Yes, we will always sample a new product to ensure everything is perfect before going ahead with your fianl order. This also helps keep waste down.
  • Can I come in to view samples and have a chat?  A: Yes, please connect with us through our contact page and we can set up a time.
  • Do you us colour codes?  A: Yes, all colours codes musy be provided as PMS or TPG pantone codes.
  • What kind of file do you need?  A: A high-res PDF or Ai / Adobe illustrator file.

  • Specified Dimensions of your product.
  • Material of your product.
  • Colours of your product must be provided as TPG or PMS pantone colours (Excluding Black & White).
  • The Quantity you want a quote for.
  • Any specific details such as embossing, debossing, foiling, string and pins, leathers, thickness, drill holes, fixtures. . .
